France has an extensive educational background: after obtaining her bachelor’s degree in Administration, she earned her CFA designation and then took several leadership courses.
She has held various management positions in the banking industry where she has been recognized for her strategic intelligence. A visionary, France is above all a woman of action and field experience. Energetic, tenacious and a strong team player, she is committed to the growth of her peers and the satisfaction of all. She founded FUSACQ in 2012 and still pursues her passion, helping entrepreneurs with their challenges. She is a Commercial Real Estate Broker with NAI Terramont Commercial.
Pierre Laforest

With more than 25 years of success in management consulting, Pierre Laforest worked as a consultant specializing in business growth and development; he then continued his career with the Business Development Bank of Canada (BDC), where he was responsible for consulting activities in the greater Montreal area and then throughout Quebec. he then continued his career with the Business Development Bank of Canada (BDC), where he was responsible for consulting activities in the greater Montreal area and then throughout Quebec.
During his career, he has helped more than 200 companies achieve new performance and profitability objectives.

Manon Huppé

Having worked for more than 20 years as an administrator and manager of transportation companies, Manon Huppé has extensive experience in the business world Familiar with the needs of manufacturing operations, and thus she understands the importance of a strategic location.
A skilled administrator and negotiator, her success is mainly based on her ambitions, her enthusiasm, her ease of communication, as well as the tenacity she demands of herself as a professional. In addition to putting her experience at your disposal, she also offers you her impressive contact network acquired over the years. Manon is also a commercial real estate broker with NAI Terramont Commercial, which is her main profession.

With close to 20 years of professional database marketing experience, Monika is interested in using data to better target and understand the potential of strategic alignment between the business buyer and seller.
She worked in the banking industry for 12 years, as well as in legal publishing, telecom and IT. Her banking experience includes financing and marketing to Quebec SMEs. These experiences have enabled Monika to become an expert in the daily life and behaviour of entrepreneurs, as well as in research techniques on SMEs.
Recognized for her thoroughness, excellence in customer service, empathy and good adaptability. Monika studied in Europe, Africa and received her BCom from McGill University. Monika connects daily with a multitude of entrepreneurs to evaluate their strategy and interest in buying or selling.
Jérémy Bastien

A recent graduate of HEC Montréal’s Bachelor of Finance program, Jérémy also has a successful first work experience in finance at Groupe CH. Jérémy is brimming with knowledge ready to be put to the test. He is passionate about discovering the world of mergers and acquisitions. He is currently a candidate for the CAIA financial designation, while aspiring to obtain his CBV and CFA.
Samuel Chamberland

Samuel is passionate about mergers and acquisitions. As a finance major with a minor in marketing, he is actively involved in student life and has been a prominent member of the Concordia Real Estate Club. His ambition is to attain the CBV certification to further enhance his expertise in business valuation.
