{"id":6062,"date":"2023-11-07T12:26:12","date_gmt":"2023-11-07T12:26:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fusacq.ca\/?p=6062"},"modified":"2023-12-14T17:35:48","modified_gmt":"2023-12-14T17:35:48","slug":"company-presentation-cim","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fusacq.ca\/en\/company-presentation-cim\/","title":{"rendered":"Company Presentation &#8211; CIM"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The presentation document has various names the CIM (Client Information Memorandum) , it can be called the \u201cBook\u201d, or any other name!<\/p>\n<p>The normal information to be found there includes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The context: the market, the business proposal: sale of assets, shares, what %; what are the essentials of the transaction.<\/li>\n<li>The company and its key stages of development.<\/li>\n<li>Humans: shareholders, managers, organizational structure, employees.<\/li>\n<li>Finances: the balance sheet, income statements, receivables, inventories, and payables.<\/li>\n<li>Operations: who are the customers (we don&#8217;t normally name them at this stage \u2013 but we can characterize them, underline the dependencies, their particularities), who are the suppliers, the processes, R&amp;D, the range of products and services, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Assets: what are the equipment and the real estate owned by the company.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The objective is to ensure that a potential buyer has a good understanding of the operations, and that a meeting with the buyer is most productive.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The presentation document has various names the CIM (Client Information Memorandum) , it can be called the \u201cBook\u201d, or any other name!
