These experiences have enabled Monika to become an expert in the daily life and behaviour of entrepreneurs, as well as in research techniques on SMEs.<\/p>\n

Recognized for her thoroughness, excellence in customer service, empathy and good adaptability. Monika studied in Europe, Africa and received her BCom from McGill University.
