We have the mandate to present potential buyers for the acquisition of the shares of a company specialized in the field of industrial HVAC with installation, maintenance and prevention services, as well as consultation and implementation of industrial processes.

The current shareholders have been involved in the company’s operations for over 30 years and are looking to retire. The Canadian and U.S. operations are complementary and a sale of both entities is expected.
