France enjoys over 25 years of outstanding success in entrepreneurial finance and consulting, and has worked in various regions throughout Quebec and Canada. Business leaders in Montreal, Quebec City, Beauce, Montérégie, Montreal’s North Shore, Ontario and Western Canada have all benefited from her judicious advice.

Her educational background is extensive and includes a bachelor’s in administration, numerous leadership courses taken over the years, and the title of CFA. She is also a certified PMP.

Throughout her career, she has held various executive positions in the banking sector, where she gained recognition for her strategic ingenuity. France is both a visionary and a person of action and results. Energetic, tenacious, and possessing a genuine team spirit, France takes her colleagues’ growth and the satisfaction of everyone to heart.

She is also a Commecial Real Estate Broker and Mortgage Broker with NAI Terramont Commercial.

Pierre Laforest

With over 25 years of succes in management consulting, Pierre has been specialized in corporate growth and business development. He then pursued a career at the Business Development Bank of Canada (BDC), as responsible for the greater Montreal, and then for the Province of Quebec.

Through his career, he has helped over 200 compagnies in reaching new performance and profitability objectives.

Known for his thoroughness and perseverance, Pierre has accompanied his clients through the change management process.

Manon Huppé

Having performed for more than 20 years as an administrator and manager of transport companies, Manon Huppé has extensive experience in the business field. Familiar with the needs of industrial companies, she understands the critical importance of a strategic location. A strong administrator and skilled in negotiation, her success is based primarily on her ambitions, enthusiasm, ease of communication, and the tenacity that she demands of herself as a professional. In addition to providing you with her experience, she also offers you her impressive network of contacts acquired over the years.

Alexandre Grolman


Proactive, devoted and passionate best describe Alexandre Grolman. In business since the age of 18, Alexandre built 2 successful businesses prior to his career in real estate. Highly professional and organized, his track record in commercial real estate has proven to be his passion and love specializing in tenant/owner representation, specifically in the office market. With over ten years in the real estate industry, Alexandre is recognized as a dynamic self-starter with a professional aptitude for generating new business. Monika Ag

Director Mergers & Acquisitions

With 20 years of professional database marketing experience, Monika is interested in using data to better target and understand the potential alignment between a business buyer and seller.

She worked in the banking industry for 12 years, as well as in legal publishing, telecommunications and IT. Her banking experience included financing and marketing to Quebec SMEs. These experiences have enabled Monika to become an expert in the daily life and behavior of entrepreneurs, as well as research techniques on SMEs.

Recognized for her thoroughness, excellence in customer service, empathy and good adaptability. Monika studied in Europe, Africa and received her BCom from McGill University.


Marketing Associate

With 6 years in marketing, sales and finance. Sara worked in the banking industry, automotive sector and retail sales. She joined FUSACQ in early 2020. Sara studies a master’s degree in audit and management control. She has followed training in Marketing development and technological growth. She had the opportunity to develop and contribute in the construction of various marketing projects. She is responsible for the coordination of various aspects of FUSACQ, working at the marketing level, customer management.
